Thought form is a concept that has its roots in the psychology of Buddhist meditation and Hinduism. It is a way of understanding the structure of and connection between thoughts, feelings and actions. It can help to explain why people behave in certain ways and how our thoughts, as well as our environment, shape our behavior. A thought form could be visualized as an image or symbol; it is a representation of something dynamic, complex and multi-layered that we experience through consciousness and emotion. It can be a contemplation, inspiration, or motivation; but in general, thought forms are a way of accessing the structure of thoughts-feelings-actions and understanding how our intentions shape our life experience.
